Discord Sync

I have been looking for ways to integrate my website and my gaming community. My discord seemed to be a good place to start.

I have already connected my Patreon to discord so all my supporters have roles attached to the subscription tier on Patreon. I wanted to go one step further.

Today I successfully connected my website to discord. Now whenever I publish an article an embed link will appear in a discord channel matching the website category. Completing this sync now allows all my friends and family that have joined my discord to see my publications as soon as they are complete.

I could go on and explain everything I have done but don’t think it is needed for this post.
